Tips for Sexier Living

If there is one thing that every woman needs in life, it is the ability to feel sexy no matter what, in any situation. This doesn’t mean you have to flash your ta-tas all over the place, pierce your clit, take nudey pics, or watch porn. There are simple things you can do throughout the week to give your confidence and overall sex  appeal a little boost.

You don’t need to have an object of your affection to feel sexy or to want to feel sexy. Feeling sexy isn’t about getting a guy or impressing others. It ‘s about confidence and feeling confident and owning your self image. Sexiness is something that you control yourself. It is more about attitude than physical appearance. However, there is a caveat. If you don’t project the proper attitude and actually believe the feeling you are giving off, you cannot appear physically attractive.

So, here are some tips for how to lift your spirits on your own and bring your sexiness to the surface!

1. Sleep naked.

Sleeping naked is medically proven to improve your health. You don’t have to sleep naked every night, but try it a few times a week. You will sleep better because you are less constricted by your clothes. The coolness of the sheets on your skin can be exhilarating. Also, air travels over and through your body more freely so your body temperature will be better regulated, which allows you to stay more cool in the summer and warmer in the winter.

Also, if you’re a woman and reading this, if you are in a relationship, sleeping naked with your partner is proven to regulate your period and make it more bearable due to the exchange of hormones between your bodies. A more regular and less miserable period makes everyone a little more happy!

But why is sleeping naked sexy? More like, why isn’t it? Slide under the covers, stretch out and enjoy the freedom. It feels a little scandelous and we all know danger is sexy.

2. Sleep in lingerie once a week.

Yes, even if you are single, sleep in lingerie. I don’t mean anything insane like this:

Even if you find this remotely erotic, is this really practical?

That’s not going to help you sleep. Utter insanity. Choose something comfortable and free moving. Soft fabrics like cotton, satin, and even lace are great. A cami and panties, babydoll nightie or something to that effect will do fine. Even if you are sleeping alone, you’ll wake up in the morning looking amazing and that is the perfect way to start your day!

Something like this is perfect! You wake up and your boobs look amazing and you look absolutely hot.

3. Dance around singing at the top of your lungs. 

I’m not joking.  Do it. The next time you’re getting ready to go out, play something you can really belt out and move to. My current song of choice? “All Night Long” by Demi Lovato.

And when in doubt, Britney Spears “I’m a Slave 4 You” is a classic.

4. Watch a movie that is sexually overt.

Get out of your comfort zone. You don’t have to watch porn, but pick something that you’d be embarrassed to watch with your parents in the room and get comfortable with what’s going on on-screen and know that it’d look just as good if it were you. I don’t mean Cruel Intentions, but if that is a start for you, then start there and work your way up.

How can you be comfortable with yourself as a sexual being if you can’t even handle semi-nude celebs?

5. Wear something hot under your jeans and tshirt. 

Rock a fire engine red lace bra and panties. It’s your sexy secret what is going on under your casual wear. Head up, and don’t be ashamed to smile to yourself and know how good you look under it all. Take it, use it and smile at other people and say “hi” when you make eye contact with them.

6. Start a conversation with a stranger.

Want a confidence boost? Chat up a stranger. Do it at a coffee shop, in line at the super market, wherever. Don’t tell them your life story, but pick something noticeable that you may have in common to chat about, be it the gorgeous weather, the amazing handbag they are carrying, or how good the food is at the cafe you’re at. You don’t need to be talking to the opposite sex (or an attractive member of the same sex if that is your pref). Just get comfortable interacting with others. It will make you more approachable and more confident and that will translate into sexy.

7. Laugh.

If you’re laughing and smiling and it is genuine, your sexiness is showing.

Remember, sexiness is about attitude. Own it and you will be it. Make it about yourself.
